Project Summary

For this project an existing deck will be demolished and replaced by a 16'x18' screened porch on an existing Craftsman style home.

All visible wood including: 6x6 posts, rafters, beams and wood flooring will be rough sawn western red cedar. Concealed floor joists will be PT #2 southern yellow pine.

Roofing will be corrugated metal to match the existing roof on the house.

A 12'x12' grilling deck with a shed roof over the grill is included in the design.
